well, since i’ve been away for so long, i’m gonna play a quick catch up of some of my randomness
1. eli manning.
now. i’m not one to be a big pro football fan. i root for the home team {texans!} and my dad bred a little bit of steelers fan into me, but i’m more of a college football kinda girl. and by college football…i mean the houston cougars. and that’s it.
so what’s this obsession with eli manning?
enter saturday night live.
do yourself a favor, and watch.
after watching this at least 18 times, i find myself making this face on the daily. 
if you haven’t already, go ahead and watch the whole episode.
oh! and speaking of SNL, don’t get me started on kristen wiig leaving. i cried real tears…seriously will not be the same without her.
2. in case you can’t tell in the picture above…i cut my hair off! 
it’s super short(for me)…but i had been growing it out for like 3 years. i needed a change and my long hair was just gettin NASTY.
3. my sister-in-law graduated from UH! 
i threw her a much deserved party to celebrate. just know this, i have never in my life thrown a real party.
so i went all out, and it was very….pinteresting.
my mother-in-law and i bedazzled her grad cap… 
took forever, but totally worth it!
i also created her a little party glass for the occasion! 
tulle pompons were made, and strung, and hung.
tissue poms were also made and hung.
i also made her cake, and we had tons of other little touches…like a candy bar {thanks to my MIL! and cute banners…but since i had too much wine forgot to actually take pictures, there is no evidence :(
4. my nephew and niece are still the most precious children everrrrr.
proof: 
a fauxhawk and a bob. seriously cannot get more cute. just sayyyyyinnnnnn!!
5. and FINALLY. thanks to shalyn and her posts on instagram, i cannot get enough of this app. i literally laugh out loud everytime i see these pictures in my phone.
